Client: Sunset Harbour Resorts Limited
With planners rejecting an application to redevelop a piece of prime land on the beautiful setting of Harbour Island in the Bahamas and local residents unhappy over the proposals, the developers approached The Juice for help. Weeks before the appeal hearing date, The Juice was tasked with creating a series of images depicting the development in the context of the existing landscape. The scheme included 5 luxury residences each with private guest- house and swimming pool. A new private dock also featured. The landscape design featured a vista of green grass, exotic tropical planting and fountains.
Planning permission was duly granted after planners were able to visualise the development.
